CSA Site Manager – High-End Residential Construction – Ireland A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join multiple high-end residential projects across Dublin. This is a key site-based role, managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) packages on premium residential developments. You will work closely with the wider project team to deliver high-quality builds, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard. You will play a critical role in maintaining programme, driving site performance, and ensuring quality across all stages of construction. Key Responsibilities Requirements Desirable
€70,000 – €80,000 + Van + Package

Employment: Full-Time
• Manage and coordinate all CSA works across high-end residential projects
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to project teams
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site procedures
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and MEP teams
• Manage QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality documentation
• Oversee site logistics, materials, and labour resources
• Drive programme delivery and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Lead daily briefings and site coordination meetings
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes
• Ensure all finishes meet high-end residential quality expectations
• 5+ years’ experience in a CSA Site Manager role
• Strong background in residential construction, ideally high-end developments
• Experience working with a Tier 1 main contractor
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
• Strong understanding of CSA sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience delivering multi-unit or large-scale residential schemes
• Trade or construction-related qualification
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Relevant site certifications (e.g. SMSTS or equivalent)
